I found my love for words in early childhood, largely influenced by my father whose idea of bedtime stories came in the form of Dickens, Sinclair and Steinbeck. As a teenager, I developed a strong interest in human behavior which led me to obtain a BS in Psychology. During my time in various workplaces, each employer came to appreciate my passion for language and grammar which led them to utilize me as a ghost writer, proofreader, copywriter/copyeditor and technical writer. It was during this time in which I realized what I should have known all along – I belong with words.
